A 30-minute yoga practice, this video's great for both therapy and yoga practice. We start with deep breathing, connecting with dirga pranayam, or the three part breath, to calm & center the mind before moving. The motion keeps alignment at center so the hamstrings, hips & lower back all feel tip-top as you finish off in an all body releasing savasana.
