Tribunal finds GHA bullying complaint to be 'well founded'

The Employment Tribunal has found that a complaint of bullying by a GHA employee following an incident involving the Medical Director, Daniel Cassaglia, is well founded. However, a similar complaint made by a second employee has been dismissed.

The Tribunal will now hear parties as to whether an award is made.
