T'puram: In addition to University college, many other colleges in the state have student union offices working as torture rooms, says the report by an independent commission headed by Justice PK Shamsuddin. The report lists the names of those colleges-- Government Arts College, Ernakulam Maharaja's college and Kozhikode Madappally college are among them. The complaints filed by unorganised students are ignored. These colleges had become centres of violence with the support from top political leadership. The Commission will hand over the report to Governor today.
