Everybody has it everybody talk about it. These days it's hard not to get overwhelmed once in a while. Between juggling work family and other commitments you can become too stressed out and busy. It's ok to feel stressed it's very natural but the thing is you can't be in stress all the time so it's very important to set aside some time to unwind otherwise your mental and physical health can suffer.

The purpose of making this video to show simple techniques which you can do independently anytime and you can also practice for a long period of time and it will give you benefit in the long period of time so this is two intention of making this video..
