Saudi Arabia provides false information about the damage dealt to its oil infrastructure during the drone attack last week, says Hassan Rouhani. He insists that by “spreading propaganda” Saudis assist U.S. to deploy weapons like Patriot systems into the region and ultimately “capture all the east of Saudi Arabia's oil."

Iranian president made this comments as he was leaving Tehran for New York to participate in the General Assembly of the Unites Nations and criticize U.S. sanctions. "[Sanctions and pressure] show the complete desperation of the US," he added.
