First property deal I ever did as a property developer, this was both a Buy to Let property bringing in decent property profit and then later on, a buy and sell property deal, (flipping) where I took the profit I made and reinvested it into larger property deals. I was terrified for about 60 seconds after buying it, then realised this was a real cookie cutter model and I could stamp them out, rinse and repeat!
And that is what I did! Sourcing discounted deals (aka cheap houses, BMV or Below Market Value properties), renting them out and as part of my property strategy, also running a successful Buy and Sell strategy, flipping property for more profit, which I used to buy more houses!
