Is this the best way to dispose 200 lbs of Pig with Spoiled Flesh?

My pet pig, Piggy Pee died on Friday in his sty. I was away on D'urville island and only was able to remove his body Sunday afternoon by which time it was too late to retrieve his flesh for anything useful. What would be the easiest method for me to dispose of him? Cremation?
