Here is the list of 16 dynamic warm up exercises to do before your workout:
1) Side neck warm up
2)Front back neck warm up
3)Neck rotation(both sides)
4)Scapula elevation/depretion
5)Scapula retraction/protraction
6)Elbow rotation
(rotation/ reverse rotation)
7)Rotator cuff rotation
8)Rotator cuff rotation
9)Sideways move / alternate oblique move
10)Hip rotation
11)Internal External rotation
12)High kicks
13)Side kicks
14)Knee raise rotation
15)Waist rotation
16)Ankle rotation

Note : Do each Warm-up for around 15-20 sec.
