Jataira Hoskins faces felonious assault, aggravated vehicular assault and other charges for the incident on Wednesday.
According to court papers, Hoskins tried to run down two people with her car before hitting the McDonald's on West Mitchell. Her child was also in the car.
Her attorney said she was attacked by workers there who followed her out to the parking lot.
One of the workers is charged with assault. According to court papers, Tanya Cherry pulled Hoskins' hair and punched her.
"So all these people's lives were put in jeopardy over french fries," the judge commented before ordering Hoskins locked up on $40,000 bond. He also ordered her to stay away from that McDonald's.
Cherry was released without having to post bond.
