ViacomCBS CEO: The company has the scale to take on media rivals

CBS and Viacom reached a merger deal after years of on-and-off negotiations. The new company will be named ViacomCBS. Robert Bakish, CEO of the newly formed ViacomCBS, joins CNBC's Andrew Ross Sorkin to discuss the merger.
