The Path of Chaos Metal PRG Dice Set is inspired by all things chaos. Each die has been designed with a unique, pandemonium, chaotic presence ranging from barbaric weaponry, such as the caltrops, maces, and flails, to demonic puzzle boxes. The star is my variation of the chaos star found in the public domain (here). The points have been extended and three rings have been added with enchanted runes engraved on the outer circle, while the inner sphere has been removed completely giving the artwork a unique feel.
When designing this set, I wanted something that was unique in terms of design but also offered a meaning and this set delivers just that! The ring stationed behind the number represents one’s self (mind, body, and spirit). The second inner circle represents the current plane where you reside while the far outer circle represents the outer plane. For me, the points represent choice and how different paths lead to different consequences. Originally, I was going with a compass rose design; however, with the pop culture surrounding the chaos star, I opted to base the symbol around that. Two of the dice in this set also have little hidden Easter eggs: the outskirts of the D6 make up the letters 666 while the D20 has an extended arrow pointing in different directions to represent true chaos itself.
The dice are produced in solid zinc alloy and weigh in at an impressive 33-45 grams per die giving them a beautiful smooth roll. Not only is this set heavier than your standard dice sets, the dice themselves are larger. In the end, we really wanted to produce something that would dominate the table (for sizing see the table below).

The reason for this Kickstarter is to fund the manufacturing of the Chaos Metal Dice Set. At present I've only had one D6 die produced. I've attached a few images below so you can see and compare the colours vs the rendered visualizations. This should hopefully give you a better view of the overall finish of the complete set. You will notice on the renders that the spikes are protruding, whilst the physical dice posted below have the spikes more embedded to prevent harm to yourself.
