A year ago I published a video on my transition from Celexa to Zoloft (link below) and a few months ago I began a taper off of the Zoloft. These videos are never easy but I hope I was able to convey some of my thoughts and experiences. I started Cognitive Processing Therapy a few weeks ago and plan to do a video or two on that. One of the most important decisions for me before I went on the taper was that going back on is an option, I didn't want to give myself hard rules on what the outcome was supposed to be.
