Submarines Announced: What we know so far!

World of Warships just announced that they will be adding in a fifth class, Submarines. We saw a glimpse of the classes play style in the "Terror of the Deep" event and in the video shows some of the game play. There however is so much we still don't know about the upcoming class so as soon as I know more you will too!
