RAFA40 was great fun and was also to raise money for the Royal Air Force Association. Flying from Goxhill to Scampton was certainly some of the most challenging and complex I have attempted so far on a paramotor. However, landing in front of the control tower only minutes before the famous Red Arrows did a practice display was out of this world.
This is the first leg of the RAFA40. I know Paul has already released his, however this is my perspective and we had to work as a team to make this happen. It also couldn't have been possible without Andy and Katie in the support vehicle, great team effort.
The Airfields we covered in the first leg were:
Goxhill, North Killingholme, Elsham Wolds, Kirmington (Humberside Airport) Hibaldstow, Kirton-In-Lindsey, Hemswelll Sturgate and Scampton.
The journey continues.......
