It is very easy to make instant biryani if someone is craving to have it instantly. but the original traditional biryani takes time and patience.
So today I have cooked the instant version of biryani including egg in it. And it came out not less than dum biryani. It's easy, consume less time and taste just like traditional biryani.

Basmati rice - 250 grams soaked in water for 30 minutes
4 Egg hard-boiled
2 boil potato - 50 % boiled
mint leaves - 1 cup
coriander leaves - 1 cup
1 sliced tomato
lemon juice
4-5 bay leaves
shahi jeera -1tbs
cloves - 10-12
black pepper - 12-15
green cardamom - 4-5
black cardamom- 2-3
dalchini - 2-inch piece
mace/javitri- 2-3
chili powder- 2tbs
coriander powder - 2tbs
garam masala powder - 1tbs
haldi - 1tsn
saffron/Kesar soaked in warm milk - 3-4 tbs
pure ghee - 1cup
thick curd - big cup
salt as per taste
sugar - 1tbs or as per taste
