Hesitated Because I Was Scared, Says Pregnant Woman Lavanya After Being Zip-Lined In Attappadi| Math

Palakkad: In a dramatic rescue operation, Lavanya and her family in Attappadi's Pattimala tribal settlement were zip-lined from their house near the banks of Bhavani river and brought to safety by the NDRF on Saturday. Though the rescued seven people were stranded in their houses for the past two days, Lavanya was hesitant to cross the river as she is nine-months pregnant. She told Mathrubhumi News that she was hesitant because she was scared.
