Lisa posted a video on her channel yesterday called “What Really Happened (With Shane Dawson).” In the video, the two took questions from fans. One fan asked how they were able to stay friends after such an awful breakup and the two went in depth about how it was basically a year long break up that started when Shane moved out. The two had tried to make it work while living separately, but it just wasn’t meant to be. But at the end of all of it, it was just… complicated. Shane had come out as bisexual shortly after they broke up and Lisa explained, “Breakups are so awful, and the one with you is awful because it was just so painful. But at the same time, then I was proud of you. This is complicated, many layers.”
