Experts caution Africa on private public partnerships

Experts have cautioned African countries to tread carefully while implementing the public private partnership development model. Costly and and Incomplete infrastructure projects are some of the possible consequences of a failure to thoroughly prepare for project implementation under this framework. These concerns were raised during a media briefing on government's implementation of Private Public Partnerships held on Wednesday at the government media centre in Kampala
