EAM: India hopes to a see a strong, unified & prosperous ASEAN in Indo-Pacific region

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is on a two-day visit to Thailand to attend key ministerial meetings of the regional forums of ASEAN, Mekong Ganga Cooperation (MGC) and East Asia Summit.
At the ASEAN-India Ministerial Meet in Bangkok, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said for India, ASEAN is a region of great importance which is associated with a policy choice the two nations made decades ago.
