ARESCOM holds joint closing ceremonies of squad, platoon training and Donning of ranks

Suarez, Iligan City - Army Reserve Command (ARESCOM) joint ceremonies for the closing of Squad and Platoon trainings of the 1002RR1BN and Donning of ranks was conducted on August 18, 2019, 2:00 P.M. at the Headquarters of 1002nd (LDN) Comunity Defence center, 1-RCDG ARESCOM, camp General Climaco Pintoy, Suarez, Iligan City. Col Febie N. Lamerez, INF (GSC) PA, group Commander, 10RCDG, ARESCOM, as the Keynote speaker. Lamerez said there are108 Army reservist and three reserve officers who graduated from squad and platoon trainings in preparation for the mandatory Reserve Officer training course (ROTC). Major Renato A. Doroteo (CAV) Philippine Army is the Director of 1002ND CDC, 10RCDG ARESCOM unit based in Camp Pintoy, Suarez, Iligan City. In the afternoon of the same day, Happy hour was held at the multi-purpose hall at the camp until 9:00 P.M.. Major Teodoro M. Nicor (CAV) PA, Executive officer of the 4th Mechanized infantry Battalion, PA as the Guest speaker.
