This thing throws damage around like christmas cards. This damage mostly ignores armor. I'm pretty sure the initial AOE does 1000 damage per use. and it doesn't cost ANY EMC or items to use. I guess the cost to craft this weapon is supposed to balance it's obscene damage output. It doesn't.
