Goa Town and Country Planning Minister Vijay Sardesai has said the state government will take action against land owners, who are illegally converting their orchard land into settlements. He blamed the Local panchayat for encouraging illegalities by giving those licenses and permissions. He said if TCP officials pass any such projects, he won’t hesitate to take action on them.
