Sudden ghost of a rainstorm in Downtown Fort Wayne

In the afternoon it became cloudy and dark all of a sudden then poured down rain that was blowing sideways towards the East. It looked like ghosts dancing in the air. As suddenly it came on it was over in about 10 minutes.
