Landowners support Prime Minister’s comments on Changing Resource Laws

Landowners in the Purari Development Association say comments by Prime Minister James Marape to change Resource Laws in the country are encouraging.

Representatives from the eight tribes in Baimuru in the Gulf province said the existing laws are not in favour of all resource owners in Papua New Guinea.

They described Marape’s comments to change resource laws as a divine intervention.
