Bill speaks from Psalm 84:2, “My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.” Normally our heart and flesh are crying out for food. But feeding on God’s glory is the only meal where the more we eat the hungrier we get! King David understood a prophetic prototype: all God’s people are worshipping priests before the Lord. As we spend time before the Lord our appetite is recalibrated away from the natural realm and pointed towards a satisfaction sourced in the glory realm – we’re less hungry for food and hungrier for the glory of God.
ENJOY!
