ABOUT ANNA
=====

I’m Anna, and I believe that you can have it all!

Bold statement? Maybe… Let me tell you my story.

I am a marketer turned entrepreneur, teacher, and motivator. Like most, my story starts by starting college having ZERO idea of what I wanted to do or be, so I ended up going into advertising after one class I took the last semester of my senior year.

After college, I bounced from advertising agency to advertising agency. I really enjoyed marketing but I didn’t feel like I was reaching my potential. After reflecting on where my career was at I decided to go back to grad school to get my MBA. My dream was to be a brand manager for a household name — you know the brands everyone knows and work for a giant corporation like Hershey, Proctor and Gamble, or Johnson & Johnson.

So that is exactly what I did. During the summer between my first and second year of grad school, I interned as a brand manager at a giant corporation working on a household name and you know what…

I HATED IT… and knew I hated it after only a few weeks.

The same summer, I had a life-changing moment – my dad passed away unexpectedly. If you’ve ever lost a loved one or been through a tragedy, you know how life altering it is. It makes you put everything in perspective. I realized I wasn’t meant to spend my life selling people stuff they didn’t really need and that I didn’t stand behind. I wanted more than that.

A year later, I graduated and searched for a job with more purpose. So naturally, I took a job in politics… um, what?!

I know. Never in a million years did I think I’d end up working for a political consulting firm, but it happened and it was a great experience. I was focused on digital advertising (Facebook and Instagram ads, YouTube, Google Search, etc.) and loved it!

Though soon I realized I liked politics but didn’t love it (or the crazy hours!). What I loved was digital advertising, so I started consulting on the side — my side hustle.

Fast forward two years and I turned that side hustle into a six-figure marketing business and my full-time gig.

As my side hustle grew, other women and entrepreneurs would ask me how I was doing it. I realized you can have the income you want without working 70+ hours a week, stress ≠ success, Mondays can be great, and you can have it all.

Having it all has a different meaning for each and every person, and I’m here to help you make your version of having it all come to life.
