The United States is a 50 state federation with shared sovereignty, over Washington DC, the Palmyra Atoll incorporated territory , & 15 unincorporated territories & its Sovereignty is based on the full right & power of a governing body over itself, without any interference from outside sources or bodies

1952 Immigration & Nationality Act (INA) (8 U.S.C. 1481(a)(5) Section 349 governs & granted the right to voluntary & intentionally renounce citizenship

so It is possible to renounce US citizenship
& the US is a sovereign country by definition

BUTT sovereign citizens is just cruse control for
breaking the law like the rich do , but on a budget
