RivenRollFrame: Scourge Part 1

Stream archive of me rolling a Scourge riven. This weapon is a spear gun that fires small area projectiles that explode on impact. It deals base corrosive damage, status chance of 30%, an alt fire that throws it at an enemy, and an internal riven multiplier of 1.15, which shows as 4/5 on the stat sheet. While this weapon is also a signature weapon for Harrow, it does not currently have any bonus implementation.

With its stats, the key look here is for status chance, with a critical 100%-pre-multishot value of 114% on the riven. With a crit chance of 2%, we can forgo any crit chance on our riven, though this does lock us out of using Hunter Munitions. Other things worth looking for are base, electric, or toxin damage. Projectile speed and reload speed make the gun more playable, but I find that it doesn't scale hard enough to kill 160 Eximus in a reasonable time frame.
