Battle of the Day - 5/9/19: Oppose CA SB 376 - Limits Infrequent Firearms Sales to Six Per Year

SB 376 redefines “infrequent sales” to mean no more than six firearm transactions per calendar year. Current law allows an individual to transfer six handguns and an unlimited number of long guns per year. This would extend the current handgun prohibition to all firearms.
