About The Guest:

Kimberly Kingsley is an energy coach and author of "Modern Hippie: An Intuitive Journey Toward a Free-Spirited Life".

"Being a student and teacher of life for nearly twenty years has taught me one thing: The journey never ends. We are always learning. My journey began with a pilgrimage in my late twenties, which prompted me to return to school for a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Today I enjoy a career as a writer, teacher, counselor, and energy coach. In essence, I teach flow: The ability to harness one’s energy and use it to grow and promote goodness. In my latest book, Modern Hippie: An Intuitive Journey Toward a Free-Spirited Life, I share my story of transformation and the many insights I’ve had along the way. Every life has a story. My story is about a young, neurotic woman who accidentally discovered the true meaning of life, which is flow and growth. Once I realized why we are all here, everything changed. Instead of chasing happiness, I stepped into my own flow and began expressing my truth and living my passion.

My purpose is to teach the principles of flow, and in doing so, offer people the same relief that I experienced once I realized that I didn’t have to try so hard. All we really have to do is be authentic and share our gifts with the world! I have the honor of teaching these principles to college students and working with organizations on bringing more flow into the workplace. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you via email or social media. Wishing you ease and inspiration as you travel through this amazing journey called life."

BrainHackers™ was created by Dave Farrow, a two-time Guinness Record holder for Greatest Memory. In 1996 he memorized the order of 52 decks of playing cards, randomly shuffled together, and recalled them correctly under the watchful eyes of Guinness World Records™ (a total of 2704 cards!!!).

In 2007, Dave Farrow reclaimed this record by memorizing 59 decks of playing cards, instantly making him the current record holder for Greatest Memory (a total of 3068 cards).

Dave Farrow is featured in the 1997 and 2009 editions of the Guinness Book of World Records™.

As a teenager, Dave Farrow was diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia and faced great personal learning challenges. Dave nearly dropped out of high school before discovering and using standard memory improvement techniques and inventing new techniques for memory and focus. His grades improved so quickly that teachers thought he was cheating! Dave developed and used the Farrow Memory Method™ to improve his marks and graduate with his peers. As of today, he is the only expert in the last 200 years to invent new memory techniques. In addition to the Farrow Memory Method™, he also created the Farrow Focus Burst Method™ to overcome his own ADHD and focus challenges.

The Farrow Memory Method™ combines Classical Memory Techniques & Oral Tradition, with the Farrow Focus Burst Method™, and Brain-Plasticity and Cognitive Neuroscience Research - it is the top-selling speed learning and memory improvement program in the world! This was backed by an independent Double-Blind Neuroscience Study of the Farrow Memory Method™ conducted by McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where after just 20 minutes of instruction in the system; and tested a week later, people who use Farrow's system scored three times higher than the control group on clinical memory tests.

As a speaker, trainer, and media expert, Dave Farrow has worked with or been compared to celebrities and speakers, doctors and scientists and fellow memory experts and enthusiasts such as: Brian Tracy, Forest Whitaker, Regis Philbin, Kelly Ripa, Michael DeLuise, Kathy Lee and Hoda, Jay Ingram, Rick Green, Daiene Vernille, Ann Rohmer, James Malinchak, Alicia Stanton, Zig Ziglar, Napoleon Hill, Fran Capo, Tom Antion, Les Brown, Charles Adler, B.O.B, James Brown (sportscaster), Dr. Oz, Dr. Perlmutter, Dr. Daniel Amen, Dr. Majid Fotuhi, Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Chester Santos, Ron White, Dominic O'Brien, Nelson Dellis, Bob Gray, Tony Buzan, Dave Thomas, Harry Lorayne, Matthew Gerk, and Jim Kwik.
