HELP ME FIND THIS THEME SONG (Read description)

So I remember this theme from when I was little, but I've never been able to remember where it's from. I think it's from Cartoon Network. I only watched cartoons from 2003-2010 more or less. It's been years. I remember this song daily and it drives me nuts not being able to find it.

-The first part was played with what I remember to be chords and played on an accordion.
-The second part is played on what I think to be a clarinet.
-The theme had a french vibe to it.
-That was the entire thing. It just looped the accordion chords and clarinet over and over.
-On the first part, while the accordion played chords, there was also another accordion or something that played the same chords in a different rythm

-I feel it was from a Falpjack episode or something among those styles of animation. Kind of dark, but still fun to enjoy as a kid. I also remember it being an end credit theme the rarely played, so not to sure about the Flapjack thing.
