For The chicken
1 pkt Licious Sichuan Chilli Chicken
¼ cup diced red bell peppers
¼ cup onion petals
¼ cup diced capsicum
1 tsp soy sauce
½ cup water
2 tsp corn flour water
Oil to fry
For the rice
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
½ cup chopped spring onion whites
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 cups of cooked long grain rice
¼ cup chopped spring onion greens
Pinch of white pepper
Salt to taste
½ tsp soy sauce
Pinch of chicken seasoning powder
½ tsp vinegar
1 tbsp butter
Preparation
1. Cook Licious Sichuan Chilli Chicken in a wok as shown on the pack & keep warm.
2. Now in another wok, heat but or oil & saute the onions & garlic, not add the whisked eggs & scramble well.
3. Next add the vegetables & toss well, season with salt, white pepper, now add the soy & 1 tap sesame oil & mix well.
4. Finally add the rice & toss well, remove & keep warm
5. For the side salad, mix all the given ingredients in a bowl & toss well
6. For the assembly, in a bowl spoon in some of the chicken & place the rice next to it, top with with the fresh salad & a fried egg on top of the salad.
7. Serve hot
