Matt Furie v. Infowars, LLC et al, No. 2:18-cv-01830 (C.D. Cal. May 16, 2019) is the case. Remember this. Why? A federal judge in California ruled that a copyright infringement action filed against InfoWars by Matt Furie, the creator of the "Pepe the Frog" character, will go to trial and the implications of this case are beyond the time I’m provided and the words in the American lexicon. It’s seismic.
