Moms, this one's for you! Dear Mama, the mother of all celebrations, will return to VH1 on May 6th at 10/9c. Check back soon for updates. In the meantime, let's relive last year's show.The third annual VH1 Dear Mama was bigger than ever with incredible performances and exciting surprises from The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles, hosted by Anthony Anderson and La La Anthony. Our stars showed up to send love letters to their moms in a heartwarming and touching night of tributes. Teyana Taylor kicked off the night with a surprise for her mother Nikki Taylor by performing "Every Little Step" alongside Bobby Brown. Sean "Diddy" Combs gave his mother Janice "Mama Combs" a front-row seat to an iconic Patti LaBelle performance, and Ne-Yo dedicated a medley performance to Gabrielle Union's mother Theresa Union. Colin Kaepernick and Teresa Kaepernick discussed his childhood and upbringing, before Colin spoke from the heart about his appreciation for her support and Teresa reminded us of his strength. Jhené Aiko and her daughter wowed the crowd with a sweet duet of their song "Sing To Me." Jessie J dedicated her song "Queen" to her mother and got the crowd moving with a cover of "I'm Every Woman." Plus, the entire Combs family joined in to send love to their Mimi.
