While we may not like change, some changes are unavoidable. The perfect storm is brewing, a combination of factors that we need to be aware of and address proactively. I believe these factors will force us to change our ministry paradigm to something far healthier than we have had in the past. Change is hard. Let's be aware of these things and adjust while we can. This is not just churches of Christ. This is something that is affecting nearly every Christian group in the West.
