A woman tells Abraham that she is overwhelmed with gratitude for all the things that Abraham has taught her. Abraham, through Esther Hicks, tells her that they only reminded her of what she already knew. The woman goes on to say that even though she has seen all the wonderful things the processes have brought to her life, she is still often resistant to use them and wonders why. Abraham says it is common because they are asking people to changing patterns of behavior that we have had for many years and law of attraction is compounding those patterns. It's not easy to make that change. To make it easier, she goes on to suggest that we figure out what the feeling of satisfaction is and let that be our standard to try to maintain on an ongoing basis. If you focus on feeling satisfaction, law of attraction will do the rest of the work. Once things start flowing, you'll be inspired to keep going. Satisfaction comes from one place - moving in the direction of who you really are which is the direction of your desire. NEVER do anything you don't want to do. Look for inspiration not motivation.
